When it comes to IR35 that seems to be HMRC’s policy because they don’t appear to heed any lessons from history and all the time they are wasting taxpayers’ money pursuing IR35 cases up a blind alley. The latest case to join the Revenue’s catalogue of cock-up’s is RALC Consulting Ltd.
