Mala Kapacee is a Chartered Tax Adviser and non-practising Solicitor and Accountant.
She runs London Tax Network Ltd, a tax investigations consultancy specialising in:
- resolution of tax enquiries including CoP8 and 9 Investigations; and
- preparation of disclosures to HMRC across a range of situations – self-employment, property, owner managed businesses, non-UK domiciled individuals – and taxes;
She is a well-known tax author, founded the London Tax Society in 2017, and lectures regularly for professional bodies including the CIOT, CIMA and (soon), the ICAEW.
