Before setting up Fair Pay Hub Ltd, Katy was a National Minimum Wage (NMW) inspector at HMRC for 12 years and worked in enforcement of Large and Complex business. Following this, she worked at a multinational accountancy firm where she set up and led their national NMW department, supporting clients with the complexities of NMW enquiries.
Having worked on both sides of NMW investigations, Katy’s approach is underpinned by deep technical knowledge of NMW compliance and HMRC enforcement, where she has successfully supported numerous clients to obtain favourable outcomes.
