Sarah is an Associate Director in Buzzacott’s Business Tax team, where she focuses on the real estate and construction sector. She joined Buzzacott in 2017 and is dual qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser.
Her work spans property transactions, capital allowance reviews, debt structuring, group reorganisations and annual tax compliance work for property intensive groups. Recent engagements include advising on the £80m refinancing of a London commercial property and structuring a UK property investment platform holding £60m of assets.
