Aidan is a Director and co-founder of Moran Rose, a specialist tax advisory and disputes practice providing technical support to professional advisers and their clients. He heads the private client advisory team, with a focus on inheritance tax planning, residence and cross-border issues. Aidan also acts for individuals and businesses in Tax Disputes matters, handling HMRC disclosures, enquiries, COP8/COP9 investigations and ADR proceedings. Aidan is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has held senior roles within HMRC, in a former life, as an ‘Inspector of Taxes’ as well as in a Top 10 practice leading their Tax Disputes team.
